Because the PA Licence isn't a "Free" licence as such, there's always got to be a clear line between "your stuff" and "Lone Wolf stuff" -- so it doesn't really matter what licence you use for "your stuff". The 2-clause ("Simplified") BSD and MIT/Expat licences are essentially the same; if it were me, I'd go with the Expat one, because it's shorter and (IMO) more concise.
