There are some but they are not documented for the model talker player.  
However to use the recording part of it you will have to use the jaws cursor.

  For a blind person, is there Jaws scripts for model talker?
  Because I understand it now but just nead some scripts or shortcut keys.

    Other than model talker I don't know of any.  However I may be able to 
point you to a person that can help.  He is the developer of the E Speak text 
to speech voice that is used with the NVDA screen reader.  The address to his
