Other than model talker I don't know of any. However I may be able to point
you to a person that can help. He is the developer of the E Speak text to
speech voice that is used with the NVDA screen reader. The address to his site
is http://espeak.sourceforge.net/

    Well I was wondering,
Is there a program that will help you create Sapi5 voices?

Like something that you speak a number of letters into a microphone then it
gets an understanding of your voice and creates a sapi5 engine out of it?
