Anna,
No the helpdesk should be able to give you the isql address, then you just
access via your browser and you can do anything, I think, you need in sql to
interact with the database.
You can also maybe google "oracle isql" and see if there is a link to the
isql manual online. most of our documentation is available online, but I
don't remember the urls for them.
