This business about not reading manuals is weird. I admit to having been
puzzled by this for years. People spend $20,000.00 for a car, or 
$1000.00 for a computer and never even crack the manual. I've seen 
dozens of these things, pristine, in their factory envelopes while 
answering questions clearly explained therein.
There must be something I'm not getting, as the people involved are not 
usually lazy or stupid.
I'm hoping to stay out odf the crash reoort business for a while, but 
you guys will be the first to know of any new ones.
