I haven't noticed any speed difference, but it's also a 6 GB drive, so I
assume that makes a difference.
Another note about this netbook:
I took it out to the parking lot to test the WiFi range and proceeded to
drop it 2-3 feet to the asphalt. There's a noticeable dent in the
corner. but not a hitch in the operation. Solid state drives have
advantages for the average klutz.
