OK. I got it back the way it was before. First it prints a cover page of
gibberish; then it prints the requested page perfectly.
Port is set for USB virtual port. Based on my previous experience, it will
now print perfectly until I turn off the computer (which I am about to do)
and then it will throw out that page of gibberish.
Perhaps I will have to just live with it. I won't be able to save the trees,
so maybe I'll try to save the dolphins.
