Goodmorning, Well I've tried all the things you suggested but nothing worked. It is very strange. I went to Download.com but that sends me again to the site of Macromedia to download, so that was no use because it freezes up as soon as I click on download. Also tried again in SAVE MODE with nothing else running. That also did not do it. Don't know what to do next, there must be an error somewhere in the system but how can I find that!!! Sylvia.....Holland. Thanks MJH and Troth, I'll try that in the morning and let you know if that worked for me. sylvia. Good call, MJH. Also, besides finding it direct on the Macromedia site, both Shockwave and Flash are listed at Download.com, as MJH pointed out. Here's a direct link for both: http://tinyurl.com/pxmj ::: Troth ::: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ICQ: 1717439 MSN: SirTroth@xxxxxxxxxxx Yahoo IM: SirTroth AIM/AOL: SirTrothX ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/ For more info: //www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/list?list_id=pctechtalk
