Both those sites use FLASH. You may want to make sure they're up-to-date on
your system.
Go here and download and install them:
http://www.macromedia.com/
Click both the DOWNLOAD FLASH PLAYER and also the DOWNLOAD SHOCKWAVE PLAYER.
