Ok thanks MJH, I'll try that in the morning because it's getting late here. I'll tell you in the morning (When you are probably still sleeping -:)) how it went. Take care, Sylvia. Sylvia Did you CLOSE all running application except for explorer and systray? Something's amiss here..... but at least you have succesfulyy downloaded the critter. Another strategy might be to go into Add/Remove Prgrams and uninstall the existing Macromedia Shockwave. After that, then try to clean install the download you just did. mjh MJH To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/ For more info: //www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/list?list_id=pctechtalk To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/ For more info: //www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/list?list_id=pctechtalk
