Someone who is not running Control Panel in classic mode will have to tell you where to find it. I never understood the logic behind the grouping of Control Panel objects from day one (~ 2002) and still wonder what they were smoking when they designed the arrangement. Switching over to classic mode is one of the first things I do on every system I install, so I have no idea where it might be in yours. To get to it another way, open up RUN, type in firewall.cpl and hit the ENTER key.
