But if your hard drive is clean, you have to have a disc, maybe eBay. 
Since you have the number it will not matter about what vista disc you 
get as long as it is the same kind.  The number goes with the computer, 
not the disc.  I suppose some people could argue that but I am pretty 
sure that is the rule.
