Don,
  My vision isn't great but it isn't terrible either. I run native, 
1680x1050 but I have to raise the DPI to the max, 200 and I use extra large 
icons and large text as well. Many times I still have to ctr A a few times 
on websites to enlarge but outlook express looks big.
