[optimal] Re: No infiltration...no Fluorescein

I have had it happen just once.  25% dye, AC injection initially I think.
 Standard push of dye and nothing.  No pain, no dye in vessels/eye.  Waited
about ten minutes and re-injected and normal show of dye.  No explanation.
 Patient was heavy set but not significantly obese.
