Steve,
Yes! We had one patient that we injected and never saw the dye, so the Dr
ordered a repeat, assuming camera malfunction or injection error. We did
another procedure on another camera and no dye. We never figured out the
problem and the patient did not return for follow up care. Still a mystery!

Can't say that I have. Almost sounds like only 'red-free' filter in place, not
FA set. Have had a number of really dark scans, and blocked 2nd cataract
scatter.

Has anyone ever experienced a phenomenon where an FA injection did not
infiltrate, or at least we did not have any indication of infiltration, and no
dye infuses into the retinal blood vessels? All camera functions we're verified
and set correctly and the Color fundus and redfree images we're good.
