The interesting thing is that the proof sheet was indeed building indicating that my employee was capturing 'something' but all images we're dark. I have experienced blocked hypoflourescence in the past but not to the extent that no image information was visible. The fact that colors and red frees should little cataract leads me to believe operator error. I suggested they try another FA on the next patient and see if the same phenomenon occurs. The next FA was normal. Intersting...
