The interesting thing is that the proof sheet was indeed building indicating
that my employee was capturing 'something' but all images we're dark. I have
experienced blocked hypoflourescence in the past but not to the extent that no
image information was visible. The fact that colors and red frees should little
cataract leads me to believe operator error. I suggested they try another FA on
the next patient and see if the same phenomenon occurs. The next FA was normal.
Intersting...

Can't say that I have. Almost sounds like only 'red-free' filter in place, not
FA set. Have had a number of really dark scans, and blocked 2nd cataract
scatter.

Has anyone ever experienced a phenomenon where an FA injection did not
infiltrate, or at least we did not have any indication of infiltration, and no
dye infuses into the retinal blood vessels? All camera functions we're verified
and set correctly and the Color fundus and redfree images we're good.
Just curious.

Thanks
