I've had that happened once- as Lori mentioned, it was due to cataract.
With RF filters, I had a view to the retina, but with barrier and exciter
filters in, the view was gone. The lens acted like another filter and
completely blocked any blue or green.
That's the only time I've seen this.

Can't say that I have. Almost sounds like only 'red-free' filter in place,
not FA set. Have had a number of really dark scans, and blocked 2nd
cataract scatter.

Has anyone ever experienced a phenomenon where an FA injection did not
infiltrate, or at least we did not have any indication of infiltration, and
no dye infuses into the retinal blood vessels? All camera functions we're
verified and set correctly and the Color fundus and redfree images we're
good.
