Just for the heck of it I just went another round with the subcontinent.
This guy was almost understandable but he says, in essence, that sympatico
won't support any mac system under OS10 and that I have to contact apple to
get my hotmail changed. I told him politely (amazing for me) that I
appreciated his help and I would be contacting Rogers.
Ellie Roseman last week asked for comments on Bell service which she says
in her most recent column is among the worst she has dealt with for any
company. I think I'll fill her in. jim
