I have had similar problems with their cll centre in India. I rectified=20=
it by calling 310-BELL and asking for someone from their Canadian call=20=
centre. I was put through to someone in Canada and received the help I=20=
need.

lose my temper or say anything I shouldn't until finally, after trying=20=
for
the 1,000th time to explain to him that he was full of bytes, I thanked=20=
him
and told him that I'm sure Rogers will be able to fix the problem.
Which I shall set about doing this weekend.
