Methinks it's time to change your Email programme. Mail works  
perfectly fine for me, Firefox & Safari also work well for me as much  
more efficient Browsers. Microsaft Exploder is old hat, especially  
for Macs, as is the accompanying Email programme portion.
It may also be time to change your ISP in London, There are lots of  
choices these days.
