I have, in fact, sometimes been passed to the Canadian call centre when=20=
pressing the number for tech assistance. To get a human to do it, press=20=
the number for accounts or something like that (not the one for tech=20
assistance) and then explain that you want them to put you in touch=20
with the Canadian call centre.
