I get the same message when I go to my Express Vu account, I use Safari, it doesn't effect the functionality of the site for me. The only site that I have had actual trouble navigating because of Safari was Aeroplan when booking a flight, for our last flight it worked fine so whatever the issue was must have been resolved.
