Ok..go into Windows and find your outlook.pst file and see how big it is...remember that Outlook freaks out if it gets too close to 2gig and maybe that's whats happening? The other thing you can do is start archiving the sent items folder now...then the older sent items WILL be in your archive.pst and you will never lose them again. Linda F.
