I recently took Dian's advice and broke up my large PST file into =

So I
know the answer to this question :)

Open the PST file: File - Open - Open Outlook Data File. When it =
appears as
a folder in the Outlook Folder List, right-click on the name, then click
Properties, then click the Advanced button; you can edit the name there.
