Hi Elise...right click on your Sent Items and choose Properties..in there,
click on the AutoArchive tab and see what it says

Hi folks,
I just noticed last week that my sent mail only went back to March 2003,
even though I'm pretty sure I don't have my Outlook set to AutoArchive
anything. I just checked again today and now it's only going back to
April 2003, so March got peeled off. I wish I had noticed this sooner
because I like to keep my sent mail as a record of correspondence. Is
this a standard thing in Outlook, or does it mean I might actually have
it set to AutoArchive and don't know it?
