into your document, e-mail... You copy the path of a file

The context menu offers multiple ways of copying the path"
Use this one:
- Short UNC Path: Full UNC path name converted to 8.3
characters (only enabled in network environment)
Avoids the whole 'space' issue neatly, though the saved link
is somewhat more cryptic looking. Works fine though.
