I often use the "Insert Hyperlink" feature when sending emails around to other people here in my office -- this way I can point them to look at a document I've been working on which is saved on our server, without actually attaching it to the email and creating an extra copy of the document. It's especially useful when more than one person wants to work on the document -- just add your changes and email back. Anyway, I'm having a weird, intermittent problem. Usually the hyperlinks work great. Occasionally I send a hyperlink to a document and if there is a space in the filename, it won't look for the whole filename -- it will stop at the first space and then show an error indicating that the file cannot be found. What's weird is this doesn't happen with every document that has a space in the filename, and the hyperlinks always look fine -- it's not like the blue underlined hyper-text stops at the space or anything. I hope this makes sense! Can anyone shed some light on this weird behavior?
