And if you want to know more about the registry and what it can do...join Vic's
WinTips&Tricks group...I may be a bit prejudiced, but I think Vic is one of the
most clever registry whizzes I've ever come across.....I am always amazed at
the tricks he teaches about this
Join his group here..but be warned, it's a high traffic group and does
generate a lot of email...but he's also got LOADS of cool reg files in his
files section that can make very cool registry changes for you with one
click...and they are made by Vic, so you can trust them...they are safe:

Most of the registry is perfectly safe to work in. In fact, it's actually
kinda hard to hose a system from there. Work with a it a while and you'll start
to (believe it or not) see the patterns of how it's organized and be able to
