Hi Stephen....did you read my reply to you the last time you sent this
exact same email? Here's what I said:
Ok...this server DOES have FP extensions installed, right?
Here's an article I wrote on FP forms for TechTrax....make sure you have
everything set up correctly. If you do, then contact your host and tell
them to reinstall your extensions (they could be corrupt)...if that
doesn't fix it, then I would suggest you join the FP group I pointed you
to before....they are really good at troubleshooting this stuff

I really think you need to join that FP group....they know all about
this server/extensions stuff and I'm sure they will get you an answer.
