Go into your folders list.....View>Folder List.....if you don't see a
folder named "_borders", go to Tools>Web Settings and click on the
Advanced tab and put a check in the box that says "show hidden folders"
Then click on the plus sign beside the _borders folder and you will see
html files named top, bottom, left.....just open up the one you want to
change and edit it like you would any other page
