Hmmm....I'm using FP 2002 now and I have a margins tab in page
properties....and I could have sworn I had one in 2000 but I can't
remember for sure. Go to Tools>Page Options and click on the
Compatibility tab and make sure ALL the boxes at the bottom have checks
in them.....I know I've been missing some stuff in FP when they aren't
all checked.
And, to set the color for your shared borders, go to Tools>Web Settings
and click on the Advanced tab and put a check where it says "show hidden
files and folders"....then you will see a folder in your Folder List
called _borders (if you don't see your Folder List, go to the View menu
and click on Folder List).....inside this borders folder, you will see
an htm page for each border, just double click to open it and you can
format it like any other page
