Go to Tools>Page Options anc click on the Compatibility tab....make sure
ALL the boxes at the bottom are checked so FP will try to make your
pages compatible with all browsers
If this doesn't fix it, send us a url for the page so we can see it...or
is it the site in your sig?

Hi Tina et al,
My site has been done in Frontpage 2000. It uses shared borders for top,
left, right and bottom, also some table and cell borders. The page
margins are set to "0" . It looks great in IE but no borders show in
Netscape and the page margins look wrong. Are there any tips for getting
the formatting to work for both broswers?
