By "hawks" you mean I suppose those of us who want to defend our nation and our allies against Militant Islam. Since you aren't a "hawk, you of course you are opposed to that. You either don't think there is a Militant Islam who wants to destroy us or you agree with them that we should be destroyed. It is good to have opinions and know where you stand. Ideological mumbo jumbo is the veneer they cover their flowers and lobotomies with, and here we are. Wolfowitz got mad not because his policies weren't working, but because he was told they weren't working. Lawrence does the Wolfowitz thing by using words like anti-American for those who bring it to his attention. It's a strange mindset on which we expect to maintain superpower status. > [Original Message] > From: Eric Yost <eyost1132@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <lit-ideas@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Date: 9/18/2006 11:31:35 PM > Subject: [lit-ideas] Re: Relapsed Already > > John: Fast forward five years: The really bad people in > Guantanamo, the people that ALL of us would like to see > locked up, are free to go because Bush's directives violated > international treaties and U.S. constitutional provisions. > > > As I suggested earlier, give them all laser-lobotomies and > send them home, free to go their way. > > ------------------------------------------------------------------ > To change your Lit-Ideas settings (subscribe/unsub, vacation on/off, > digest on/off), visit www.andreas.com/faq-lit-ideas.html ------------------------------------------------------------------ To change your Lit-Ideas settings (subscribe/unsub, vacation on/off, digest on/off), visit www.andreas.com/faq-lit-ideas.html
