Giusto per chiarire le idee, le opzioni uid e gid sono utili nel caso
il filesystem che si vuole montare non supporti gli attributi di
ownership per i files e le directory (ovvero non è posix compliant) o
nel caso comunque non sia possibile fare un mapping tra gli utenti
unix e quelli specificati nel filesystem (penso ad esempio a ntfs).
Se vengono specificate nel caso di filesystem del mondo unix, le
opzioni in genere vengono ignorate o danno un errore.
In ogni caso nel man di mount sono specificati chiaramente i
filesystem che supportano tali opzioni e quali no.
(ovviamente il filesystem nativo del mac non è presente nel man
standard per la famosa legge di murphy)
