Approximately the same price in NYC. I buy mine from an Indian
Reservation online, where one doesn't have to pay the taxes.

Japan too--when I was there 10 years ago, you could smoke anywhere--now,
fewer and fewer places allow it.  Conversely, when I was there 10 years
ago, no one threw their butts in the street, now the street is full of
them.

Hrrm, no, even in NYC, one of the most anal, you can smoke in the
street.  Shucks, in NYC, they smoke pot in the street.  :)
