Yeah, and jaws gives you tools like the prompt creator to label unlabeled
controls, window class reassign to assign non-standard classes to standard
classes, frames etc.
graphic labeler as well.

Also you should note that programs that don't work off the shelf can be
customized to do so with some scripting. There are a number of scripters
out there who would be perfectly willing to assist you. some of them will
charge a small fee, while others may get you going as part of a
promotional
service. I myself if it is for personal use. Will look at a program free

You've just gotta try the programs.
Lots of programs not in jaws help are perfectly useable by a screenreader
user, whether you need to use jaws cursering or not.
