Yeah, and jaws gives you tools like the prompt creator to label unlabeled 
controls, window class reassign to assign non-standard classes to standard 
classes, frames etc.
graphic labeler as well.

  Lots of programs not in jaws help are perfectly useable by a screenreader
  user, whether you need to use jaws cursering or not.
