Hello Judith:
When you exit the program that controls the Chatroom, you "must" remember to
turn on Highlighted Text by pressing JAWS KEY+S once to turn on highlighted
text. JAWS will say "Highlighted".
If you do not do that, you will find that JAWS will not read a lot of
highlighted information that is essential to you as a JAWS user.
As I said, someone might have a better solution for your problem.
