Jose, the number of pixels you choose will determine how much information is
shown in each column. The from column can be between 100 and 125 pixels wide.
The subject column should likely be between 175 and 250 pixels wide.
I think there are roughly 800 pixels per line so if you choose to display too
many columns and allot too many pixels for each column so that you have in
total too many pixels for the length of line, well then, not all of your
columns will show properly so keep this in mind when setting up your columns.

Sorry. I remembered your post about the date-time field so I thought you were
familiar with it. In Outlook Express, list view, that is with no message open,
hit alt V as in Victor, arrow down to columns and hit enter.
Use the arrow to go to each of the items you want to show in the list view..
For each one tab down to pixels and set the number to what I suggested. The
numbers I gave you are what works for me. Then for each one after you've
written the number of pixels, tab to OK and hit enter. Perhaps you hit the
reset button which I've always left alone.

What works for me:
Check "from" and make it 120 pixels wide.
Check "subject," 400 wide.
You already have "received" checked, 110 wide.

I am still havbing probelms seeing things, i went to columns, and it gave me
the time, but now I can't see the subject, it used to show me the time, the
subject, and who it's from, how can I fix it so it does all that, I have jaws
5.0 and windows xp.
