Hi, go into tools, options and the read tab. check the box that says read in
plain text. if that's wrong, check it to read in HTML. one of them works,
and I can't remember which. I have mine checked to read in plain text. and
in reading an open message, I press the delete key and the message goes
away. I am running XP pro and jaws 6.1.
