there is little demand on outbound bandwidth. total available outbound
bandwidth is 34mbps and this server can use upto about 20mbps.
That's decent amount of bandwidth. We had been planning to make public
our debian, ubuntu mirror at TIFR. But mere weekly rsync of the
archives are getting our sysadmins worried.
Bandwidth is still a luxury in India :)
