Look in the symbol.css file and see if you have something that looks like this:
P "CDS_LMAN_SYM_OUTLINE" "-225,2250,400,-1875" 0 0 0.00 0.00 22 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
I believe you can remove this line in the file and your bounding box should go
away.

Hi,
Here is the picture of the dashed yellow box that shows up in the view or
add component.
It appears to be a "bounding box". In DxDesigner, there is a way to change
this easily. I can't find a way in ADE...
