Only since windows XP, though. Did the fact that previous windows
versions didn't include themeability preclude their adoption ?




Sorry, but from at least windows 98 (maybe 95) you have the ability to
change window color, title bar color, font size, and, yes, icons and cursors
not to mention sound scheme (me hates sound schemes).

Of course I don't think you could actually make the buttons move e.g. move
the close button to the left corner.
