The website already has many editors with this kind of editing
permissions by people that fit the same kind of contributor/trust
profile, so it is not like you would be giving Kurain some kind of
special privilege.

What he meant was that he wanted access to the node editing screen in Drupal.

I was referring to the trust factor, not his skills with the user
guide and localization translation tools (which are all different,
btw).

Kurain has been named translation manager and granted manager access
to the UG translation tool and editing writes on the Trac wiki. He has
been using these tools both effectively and productively. This should
provide a level of trust that, if applied consistently, could well be
considered to grant him the website editing permissions that he is
requesting.

I spoke with Kurain and he is confused because he is not getting a
clear answer from the web admins themselves. Can the administrators
please provide a firm yes or no answer to his request?

感謝!
