Ah. Can't test if that works until HaikuDepot is taught to display the title instead/additionally to the name of packages, I think. Let's go ahead expecting it to work and only fill in the English "localization". Thanks for the clarification.
The HDS web interface should already fall back to English title if there is no localization for the user's selected language; for example when you search and there is no German localization then it should hit the English value.
Also when you view a package, if the user's localization is present then it will be shown; otherwise it will fall back to English.
