Terry,
I agree but this is sick to spend so much time on what I have no doubt is a
simple mistake on my part or a bad piece of hardware somewhere. Yes, I just
recently this evening swapped out the DNBT and the Letterbug, and actually
moved the DNBT to a different position. No change... I have no doubt the
AW70 is not communicating on the Nodebus (it is communicating to the DNBT,
but maybe not through it to the Nodebus cell structure) but the next step
would be swapping out the rest of the hardware; NIC, Nodebus cables, maybe
even a bad 1X8 enclosure.
Do you have anything that can snoop packets ? NT is pretty basic so don't
think there is anything on it to help you.
*****No, nothing that sophisticated here, including me. :-)
I cannot thank you guys enough for all of the help and hanging in there with
me, especially Russ; he is definitely a Godsend with a wealth of IA System
knowledge. And this list is priceless...
It's almost Pinot Noir time...

Got to be something really weird. Have you changed the letterbug in the
DNBI (or T) ? I can't remember what happens if the letterbug is not read
correctly by the CP's. Not sure if NT got its letterbug from config or by
reading the actual letters in the holder.
A CP that has not booted, broadcasts its letterbug frequently (not sure of
the rate). Do you have anything that can snoop packets ? NT is pretty
basic so don't think there is anything on it to help you.
