Got to be something really weird. Have you changed the letterbug in the DNBI
(or T) ? I can't remember what happens if the letterbug is not read
correctly by the CP's. Not sure if NT got its letterbug from config or by
reading the actual letters in the holder.
A CP that has not booted, broadcasts its letterbug frequently (not sure of the
rate). Do you have anything that can snoop packets ? NT is pretty basic so
don't think there is anything on it to help you.
