Hallo list!

(Sorry, I am not responding to a particular mail, but to the whole discussion.)

A few thoughts in short:

* Yes, please, better documentation. :)

* Concerning the Page Style Guide (on the wikireorg page): Yes, good idea. But it probably should be more distinguishable for the user. I am thinking of a special design ... *dream* ... but to decide on a certain structure of (3 first level) headlines is okay, too -- like "Usage", "Configuration" and "Development" (you will probably come up with something better). The important thing is: There should be the *same* *distinguishable* rough structure throughout most of the pages.

* Yes, I would like to have "tpl:" structured the same way as "plugin:".

* Those of you who will help this weekend and do not know the wiki (and its history) too well are bound to make mistakes. I do not mean to slow down your enthusiasm or hinder your contribution (because often a bold change is better than no change at all!), I just want to make you aware of it. Eg. Colin moved a few "lost plugins" that were no real plugins into the plugin namespace. Instead they should have been either deleted or moved into the tip namespace. (I do not write this to blame him, but just to show the consequences a missing understanding of something might have.) To avoid something like this the communication (in the IRC channel), usage of the proposed "NEEDSATTENTION" and meaningful summaries is vital.

* I will most probably join the "DokuWiki cleaning weekend", but will unfortunately not be able to work on it more than 2 or 3 hours ...
