I obviously have no idea, but am assuming it's easier to stick it in a
drawfile container rather than just convert to a sprite and if required
The draw file is there to save resolution information, the original size
of the image (in feet and inches).
Sometimes one wants images to be the right size, say you scan a page and
want to print it. Of course other times one does not care.
