I’ve been having connectivity issues with my laptop’s dialup. It’s always been
poor, but I seldom worried about it. Since I’ve got the new phone, I’ve been
using it as a wifi hotspot. It turns out that this is a really quick way to
chew through your data. Not entirely sure how, but I seem to have pushed 1gig
of data through my phone in the past couple of days. Our IT dept has revoked my
phone’s data privileges. Sigh. I’m fighting them on it, but since I’m not there
in person, they’re doing their best to ignore me.
Laptop dialup seems to have suddenly started up again, but will mostly likely
die in the next 5min. Looks like I’ll be running on silent mode for a while.

No net access, no email access, no TV at home. Fun times.
