Ogawa has been a beast since as long as I can remember.  He was beasting with 
Eddy in Reloaded already.

I can believe that, I have yet to see an Eddie close to the likes of Ogawa.

I read something very interesting. Dude at NEC13 mentioned that Ruu and satou 
said the only reason why Eddie is top tier is because of Ogawa putting him 
there.
 
That means that Eddie as a character isn't that good. Which makes me think that 
a character like Potemkin might be higher on the list than he is because you 
just need someone that uses him really well.
